Ok so it truly is a little mad that we are 9 months post transplant. things continue to go well though life remains very busy. We were in Beaumont hospital yesterday and we are almost good to go for the cochlear implants.. We also had our 9 month meeting today in crumlin and Professor Smith is really happy with Kerris progress and kerri continues to have 100% engraftment!!! its also time to say goodbye to kerris freddie(line she has in her chest for bloods and meds). Freddie you have served us very well over the last year but it is now time we part ways!!! Hoorahhh!!!!!!
And now for the biggest news of all...drum roll please... Myself and Paul, after getting engaged a month before kerri was diagnosed, have finally set the date for our wedding.. 29th nov 2013.. Cannot believe we can finally look to the future and make plans as a family!!!!! I have no problem as a bride being upstaged by the most gorgeous flowergirl ever!!!!!!!!! We are in a very different place than this time last year, and its a great feeling to have it all behind us........ bring on the celebrations!!!!!
