Day +14 (round 2)

Well are 2 weeks post the big day, and already Kerri's new marrow is starting to work. To explain how we know that in a nutshell is that kerri has not needed any transfusions since last Thursday. Her platelets have started to rise on their own and also her white cells are rising! This is all very positive news, and in addition to this kerri remains in amazing form. Our only concern at the moment is that Kerri's liver function is not 100% at the moment. Although it is not at a level where the team are overly concerned, her liver enzymes are rising every day(those bloods we dont want to come up!!!)So they are keeping a very close eye on it. So we are taking day by day and please god the positive news keeps coming!!!! Xxxxxxxxx Anita
